There have been several rumors on the Xiaomi‘s first foldable smartphone. However, now it seems that the company has finally decided the name of its first foldable smartphone.
After speculations of Xiaomi Dual Flex and Xiaomi MIX Flex, among others, a new report regarding the Xiaomi’s foldable phone suggests that the phone is called Xiaomi Mi MIX 4. However, the company has not officially confirmed the name of the foldable phone yet. A few months ago, Xiaomi shared a concept video of its first foldable phone which hinted at the many impressive features and how seamless the new design looked.
The Xiaomi foldable device has been spotted on Alipay’s smartphone rental page in China along with Oppo Reno, Huawei P30, and the Huawei Mate X. Moreover, last month’s teaser from Xiaomi also said that the company is planning to soon launch a Mi MIX smartphone. If the reports are to be believed, then the phone could make its commercial debut sometime during the third or fourth quarter of the year.
As of now, Xiaomi has not revealed the phone’s specifications and pricing details. But the reports are claiming that the Mi MIX 4 will feature a 60MP rear camera. If the Mi MIX 4 is indeed the same foldable smartphone from Xiaomi that was teased earlier, then it will come with a double foldable design.
As with any other leak, take this with a pinch of salt and wait for the official launch to get more information on the device.
