Xiaomi which had recently launched its Redmi Note 6 pro which got quite popular in the mobile market with its lower price. Redmi seems to come up with three variants in each number series where one is the entry-level Redmi 6A, the affordable Redmi 6, and the budget Redmi 6 Pro. And now the company is gearing up to launch their successors that will be a part of the Redmi 7-series.
The three new models of Redmi 7 series already received certification by China’s Compulsory Certificate (3C) authority. The information was first spotted on NashVilleChatterClass, with three model numbers M1901F7E, M1901F7T, M1901F7C these are likely to be the Redmi 7A, Redmi 7 and the Redmi 7 Pro, respectively. The info also reveals that the devices could come with a support for 5V/2A (10W) charging. We can also speculate that the prefix of every model with M19 mean that these smartphones would launch in sometime in 2019.
Meanwhile, the company launched the Redmi Note 6 Pro in India, but surprisingly this phone was not launched in its home country. And while the Redmi Note 5 Pro was launched as Redmi Note 5 in China, there is a possibility the Note 6 Pro may be released as Note 6 in China.
The allege three models of Redmi 7 are expected to launch after the Redmi Note 6. That means it is speculated that the upcoming series which may include phones like Redmi 7, Redmi 7 and Redmi 7 Pro. However, There is no information available on these phones.
Coming to the specification, as it is a successor of the Redmi 6 series the upcoming series would come with a improved hardware and slightly improved design.
And the present series sports a wide rectangular notched display so there is a possibility that the upcoming series could come with trending dew drop notched display. These smartphones could also come with improved cameras, better chipsets, more storage and RAM.
