All of these phones come with good looking designs, with impressive backs and a high screen-to-body ratio. But, Galaxy M30 takes the award for the design. It boasts the U-shaped notch at the front and comes with a metal back whereas the Redmi Note 7 Pro and the Oppo K1 have a gradient finish on their back.
As far as the display specs are concerned, the Redmi Note 7 Pro features a 6.3-inch LCD display whereas the Galaxy M30 and Oppo K1 feature a big 6.4-inch AMOLED display. It is worth to mention that the AMOLED displays have deeper blacks and sharper whites in terms of color reproduction.

The Oppo K1 is powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 660 SoC, 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Coming to the Galaxy M30 it is fuelled by the octa-core Exynos 7904. While the configurations on all these three phones are decent for a mid-range smartphone, it still fares behind the likes of the latest Snapdragon 675 which is what powers the Redmi Note 7 Pro.
Both the Redmi Note 7 Pro and Samsung Galaxy M30 come with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage variants, the Oppo K1 has only one variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage.
All of these handsets come with a customized Android version. The Redmi Note 7 Pro runs MIUI 10 based on Android Pie while the Oppo K1 runs ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. Coming to the Galaxy M30, it runs One UI which is based on the Android 8.1 Oreo.
The Oppo K1 comes with the smallest battery among the three with a 3,600mAh power unit that can be charged up with a faster charging VOOC Flash Charge facility. The Samsung Galaxy M30 comes with the largest battery of all three packing in a 5,000mAh unit, while the Redmi Note 7 has large enough 4000mAh battery.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro comes with a 48-megapixel primary sensor and a secondary 5MP depth sensor at the back, aligned vertically. It’s able to take some crisp and well-detailed shots in almost all conditions, can focus quickly on a subject with good AI scene detection for tweaking the pictures clicked. For the front, there is a 13-megapixel which uses AI for clicking selfies and packs AI features.
The camera on the Galaxy M30 sports a combination of 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel secondary and another 5-megapixel sensor on the rear side. For the front, the device has a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
Oppo K1 offers a 16MP primary sensor and a 2MP dual camera at the back. The pictures clicked turned out to be pretty good with decent color reproduction and sharpness. The front camera packs a 25MP sensor with software tricks such as AI Beautification and Super Vivid mode.
Despite being the most affordable smartphone, Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro has a better camera department than Samsung Galaxy M30 and Oppo K1.

Even though it has the best performance and camera department, Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro is available at a more affordable price starting from Rs 13,999 for 4GB RAM/64GB storage variant whereas the 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant is priced at Rs 16,999. Samsung Galaxy M30 and Oppo K1 cost Rs 14990 and Rs 16990 respectively for the base variants. The Samsung Galaxy M30 6GB RAM variant is priced at Rs 17,990.
