Next budget killer smartphone from Xiaomi is launching today. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro will be officially introduced to the market at a media event in New Delhi. The launch event will be starting at 12.00 PM today, and this all-new Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro replaces the very popular Redmi Note 5 Pro. For the last three quarters, Xiaomi is leading India’s smartphone market with many budget smartphones, and Redmi Note 6 Pro will help Xiaomi to remain on the top again. It’s also official that the Redmi Note 6 Pro will be Flipkart exclusive.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro Price and Specifications
This was first launched in Thailand and then in Indonesia month ago. The price of Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro (3GB RAM and 32GB) in Indonesia is IDR 2,899,000 (which is Rs 14,300) and the 4GB RAM and 64GB is priced around IDR 3,299,000 (which is Rs 16,250.) This will replace the Redmi Note 5 Pro in Indian market which is priced at Rs. 13,999.
With a dual front camera setup, It can be observed that the all-new Redmi Note 6 Pro is a notched version of Note 5 Pro. There are no major changes in terms of design and body. With a 6.26-inch full-HD+ IPS LCD full-screen panel and a 19:9 aspect ratio, 86 percent screen-to-body ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection, Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro runs MIUI 10 which is based on Android Oreo 8.1.
To talk about the camera, the Redmi Note 6 Pro got a dual rear camera setup with a 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with Dual Pixel autofocus, 1.4-micron pixels, and AI portrait 2.0. While on the front it sports 20-megapixel and a 2-megapixel camera which also support AI portraits. With a 4000 mAh battery, this smartphone will be available in four color variants red finish, rose gold, black and blue.
