Chinese brand Xiaomi has launched two new TVs under new series in the home country China. The company has unveiled Mi TV 5 Pro series and Mi TV 5 series in the country and both the series are available in three models including 55-inches, 65-inches and 75-inches.

Mi TV 5 and Mi TV 5 Pro Specifications
Xiaomi claims that the Mi TV 5 Pro series features up to Quantum Dot 4K OLED panels and the frame is 47.1 percent narrower as compared to the predecessor Mi TV 4. However, the Mi TV 5 series does not sport a Quantum Dot display. These series also has a MEMC motion compensation technology that was introduced in the recently launched OnePlus TV.
Furthermore, the Mi TV 5 Pro has the support for 8K video playback along with HDR10+. This series is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage while the Mi TV 5 series comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
Both the Mi TV 5 and Mi TV 5 Pro series run on PatchWall user interface. Both the series are fuelled by the 1.9GHz Amlogic quad-core processor along with Mali-G31 MP2 GPU. As for audio, it is equipped with a 2 x 8W stereo speakers along with Dolby Atmos and DTS surround sound support. Connectivity features on the TVs include WiFi, Bluetooth, three HDMI ports, two USB ports, S/PDIF and Ethernet port.

Coming to the price, the Mi TV 55-inch is priced at 2999 Yuan (approx. Rs 30,250), while the 65-inch variant costs 3999 yuan (approx. Rs 40,300). At last, the 75-inch Mi TV 5 is priced at 7999 Yuan (approx. Rs 80,500). On the other hand, the Mi TV 5 Pro 55-inch model is launched for 3699 Yuan (approx. Rs 37,350) whereas the 65-inch model costs 4999 yuan (approx. Rs 50,450) and 75-inch model is priced at 9999 yuan (approx. Rs 1,00,900).
