Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro Surfaces on Geekbench with 8GB RAM

We already know that the Xiaomi is launching Mi 10 series on February 23 and the series will include Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro smartphones. In the latest developments, some more details on the hardware of the Mi 10 Pro have come to light courtesy Geekbench.

The device is listed with an octa-core chipset clocked at 1.80GHz. The processor will be combined with 8GB RAM; however, there is no mention of the storage capacity. The Mi 10 Pro Geekbench listing further reveals that the handset will ship with Android 10 OS. Needless to say, it is going to run the company’s custom MIUI 11 skin on top of Android 10. 

Even though the SoC details are not revealed on the listing, as the motherboard field mentions ‘cmi’, the handset is confirmed to be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset just like the Mi 10 5G. The Mi 10 Pro has managed to get a 904 score in the single-core test and a 3290 score in the multi-core test. That’s all the information we have of the handset at the moment.

As we mentioned earlier, the Mi 10 series is set to launch on February 23 and the company already started sending media invites for the launch event. Both the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro phones are also expected to be incremental upgrades to the respective Mi 9 and Mi 10 Pro smartphones. We are yet to get official details on the display, camera, and other features. More details will likely arrive in the coming days.
