Xiaomi Mi 10 launch date is February 11, leaked poster claims

Several reports in the past have indicated that Xiaomi is working on its next-generation Mi series smartphones, which will allegedly arrive as the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro. Now, a leaked poster has suggested that the company could unveil the Mi 10 series smartphones at an event in China on February 11. Earlier reports had revealed that the Chinese manufacturer will be launching Mi 10 series in China by February end. 

Xiaomi Mi 10 Series Launch Date Revealed

As per the poster that leaked, the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro will arrive on February 11. If you look closer at the leaked poster, you will see the teaser with the launch date which resembles Xiaomi’s official posters that the company usually publishes on its official Weibo handle. On February 11, South Korean giant Samsung also unveiling its new flagship smartphones under its Galaxy S20 series

The leaked poster of the Mi 10 shows the rear panel of the Mi 10 smartphone which shows white and black color variants. The phone features curves towards the edges. The rear camera design is similar to the Xiaomi Mi MIX Alpha concept phone.

The handset will feature a quad-camera setup on the rear with an LED flash. The setup will comprise of a 108-megapixel lens. The right edge of the phone houses volume rocker keys and a power key.

In a separate post, Mi 10 Pro smartphone with model number M2001J2G has appeared on the database of Russia’s Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) which hints that the smartphone will also launch in some European markets alongside home-country China.

As far as the specs are concerned, the Xiaomi Mi 10 could flaunt a  6.57-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is expected to be powered by an octa-core 2.84GHz Snapdragon 865 SoC, aided by 12GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of internal storage depending on the model. The handset is said to offer a 4500mAh battery with quick charge support. On the camera front, the quad-camera setup on the back will include a 64MP primary camera, a 12MP, 8MP, and 2MP. Upfront, there will be 32MP + 8MP dual selfie camera. The device will in-display the fingerprint sensor. 

The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, on the other hand, will also pack four cameras on the rear with a 108MP primary sensor, a 48MP camera, a 12MP sensor, and an 8MP camera. It will come equipped with a 4500mAh battery that supports 66W fast wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Rumours say that Mi 10 Pro will come in 12GB RAM + 128GB, 12GB RAM + 256GB, and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variants priced at 3799 Yuan (Rs 38,000), 4099 Yuan (Rs 41,000)  and 4499 Yuan (Rs 45,000) respectively.

Sadly, no other specifications of the smartphone are available at the moment. Moreover, Xiaomi hasn’t revealed any specs of the smartphones officially. So it’s worth advisable to take the aforementioned information with a pinch of salt for now.
