Xiaomi launched the CIVI 2 mid-range smartphone in China today. This new camera-centric smartphone from Xiaomi is marketed to a female customer base and is the successor to the CIVI and CIVI 1S smartphones, introduced in 2021.

Xiaomi CIVI 2 Price, Availability
There are four colour options available for the new CIVI 2: Black, Blue Silk, Silver, and Pink. In addition, Silk Silver variant features a matte-finished rear panel with a wavy pattern (Xiaomi’s signature) for a premium look.

Xiaomi CIVI 2 Specifications
The Xiaomi CIVI 2 sports a 6.56-inch FHD+ OLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels (FHD+), a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a colour depth of 10-bits. It features a curved edge display with a peak brightness of 800 nits, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, and a PWM dimming rate of 1920Hz.
The CIVI 2 comes equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1. The phone has up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM, 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, and a stainless VC liquid cooling system.
There is a 50MP OIS primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP sensor on the rear. A pill-shaped cutout on the front houses two 32MP front cameras. The secondary sensor has a 100° ultra-wide lens, the main sensor supports autofocus.
Powered by a 4,500mAh battery, the handset supports 67W fast-wired charging. The phone runs Android 12-based MIUI 13.
In terms of connectivity, the phone offers dual-SIM, USB Type-C, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GNSS, and 5G. It also has additional features like dual stereo speakers that support Dolby Atmos, a linear vibration motor, and an infrared sensor.
