Xiaomi has launched the Mi Box 4K streaming device in India alongside the new flagship Mi 10. The all-new Mi Box 4K is a standalone Android TV 9 Pie-powered device that plugs into your existing TV through the HDMI port to stream favorite contents from popular OTT services. 

Mi Box 4K Price In India, First Sale Date

Talking about the price, the Xiaomi Mi Box 4K comes with a price tag of Rs. 3,499. This new Xiaomi’s product will go on sale on May 11 at 12 pm (noon). Interested buyers can purchase the Mi Box 4K from Flipkart, mi.com, Mi Home stores, and Mi Studio stores. The company also confirmed the availability of the same through the Xiaomi partner offline stores soon. The brand has partnered with Docubay, Epic, HoiChoi, and Shemaroo to provide exciting offers to buyers. 

Mi Box 4K Specifications

The Mi TV Box 4K is designed to be placed on a table-top and is connected to the TV using an included HDMI cable. Powering the device is a quad-core Amlogic processor coupled with a Mali 450 GPU, paired with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The Mi Box 4K supports up to 4K streaming with the HDR10 format. Note that the content platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video should support 4K and HDR content in order to stream in these formats.

It runs on Android TV 6.0 and features WiFi, Dolby, Bluetooth, HDMI, USB 2.0, and digital put. Users can stream their favorite content from popular streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, and other OTT services.

The built-in Google Assistant allows users to control the Mi Box 4k using voice commands.
