Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has launched its gaming smartphone Black Shark 2 in India. This is the second gaming smartphone from the company after Black Shark Helo and the first to be launched in India. This device will be Flipkart exclusive. Specifically crafted for gaming lovers, Black Shark 2 is equipped with Snapdragon 855 processor and Direct Touch Multi-layer Liquid Cooling Technology.
Black Shark 2 Specifications
Black Shark 2 is power packed with the flagship Snapdragon 855 processor coupled with an Adreno 640 GPU for intense gaming and smooth performance. It also comes with Direct Touch Multi-layer Liquid Cooling Technology which won’t allow the device to heat up even after heavy gaming.
It is featured with a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 1080×2340 pixels resolution and 19.5: 9 aspect ratio. Black Shark 2 sports a dual camera setup on the back comprising of a 48MP primary camera with f/1.75 aperture and a 12MP secondary camera with f/2.2 aperture. It also comes with a 20MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfies.
Black Shark 2 also has an in-display fingerprint sensor and backed by a 4,000mAh battery. The connectivity features of the smartphone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, and USB Type-C port. It also comes with Gravity Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Gyroscope, Compass, Fingerprint Sensor and Force Touch Sensor.
Black Shark 2 Price and Availability
Black Shark 2 is launched with 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage. It comes in Frozen Silver and Shadow Black colour variants. The 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage variant comes for Rs.39,999 while the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs.49,999.
Black Shark 2 will go on sale starting 4th June on Flipkart. Users can also avail a 5% instant discount on EMI with Axis Bank Credit and Debit cards or 5% off using an Axis Bank Credit Card.
