Last month Vivo introduced its first Z-series smartphone Vivo Z1 Pro. Vivo is in a plan to bring its next smartphone under the Z-series. Based on the recent reports came out, the next smartphone under this Z-series will be called as Vivo Z1X. Some earlier leaks also confirmed that it may come with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
A report on Smartprix revealed the name of the upcoming smartphone as Vivo Z1X. In addition to this, it also further revealed some specifications of the smartphone. It stated that the Vivo Z1X will sport triple camera setup on the back with a 48MP primary camera, 8MP super-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP depth sensor camera. Its predecessor Vivo Z1 Pro also sports a triple camera on the back but with a 16MP primary camera.
It is also expected that the upcoming Vivo Z1X will come with a 32MP selfie camera on the front. It is also further reported that the Vivo Z1X will be launched in the first week of September. The company is yet to officially confirm the launch date of the smartphone. During the launch of Vivo Z-series, Vivo already confirmed that with the Z-series they are planning to grow the online market of the company in the country.
To talk about the specifications, it is expected that the Vivo Z1X will have upgraded specifications and a slightly higher price tag than the Vivo Z1 Pro which may be around Rs,20,000.
Vivo Z1 Pro features a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with 2340x1080pixels resolution and a 2340x1080pixels 90.77 screen to body ratio along with an in-display fingerprint sensor. It comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor, this is the first smartphone in the country to come with this chipset. Vivo Z1 Pro runs Android 9 Pie with Funtouch 9.0 on top and is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging technology support.
The base variant of Vivo Z1 Pro 4GB RAM + 64GB storage is priced at Rs 14,990, the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage comes for Rs.16,990 and the top-end variant with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage comes for Rs.18,990.
