Vivo has been reported to be working on a new smartphone under its Y series, dubbed as Vivo Y90. Press renders of the smartphone which is said to be called the Vivo Y90 have now surfaced.
The Vivo Y90 will have a 6.2-inch display with a waterdrop notch. The smartphone will pack a 4,000 mAh battery. The smartphone will have two colour options black & gold and will feature face unlock feature.
On the back side is the Vivo branding and the rear camera which is assumed to be of 8-megapixel. Upfront, it is expected to sport 5-megapixel camera. Nothing much has been revealed regarding the smartphone apart from the display, battery, and design. There are speculations which hint that the smartphone will come with a 2GHz octa-core 12nm SoC and 2 GB RAM. The connectivity options on the device will include VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, MicroUSB port, GPS with A-GPS, etc.

There are still a lot of unknowns regarding the handset’s specifications – from the cameras to the processor. Nevertheless, we believe more leaks will surface soon since the smartphone is expected to launch in this month. Coming to the pricing, the Vivo Y90 is likely to be priced around Rs. 7,000 for the base variant.
For now, the company is gearing up for the launch of Vivo S Series smartphone called Vivo S1 in India and they revealed the first teaser of the phone on YouTube. To recall, the Vivo S1 was launched in Indonesia recently so we all know the specs of the upcoming Vivo handset.
