Chinese mobile phone manufacturer Vivo has released a new Y-series smartphone called Vivo Y71t. Here are the handset’s specifications, price, and availability.

Vivo has unveiled its latest device in two variants: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. These models come with a price tag of CNY 1,799 (approx. Rs 21,000) and CNY 1,999 (approx. Rs 23,400), respectively. There are two colors available: Mirage and Midnight Blue. No information is currently available regarding availability in India.

The Vivo Y71t sports a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ (1080 * 2400 pixel) resolution, a 3000000:1 contrast ratio, a 60Hz refresh rate, an aspect ratio of 20:9, and a 90.1% screen-to-body ratio.
Powering the device is a Dimensity 810 chipset and a Mali-G57 GPU. It features up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. The storage can be expanded via a microSD card slot.
It has a dual-camera setup on the rear with a combination of a 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens and an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 ultra-wide lens. Furthermore, there is a 16MP front-facing camera with an f/2.0 lens for selfies. The phone comes with a 4000mAh battery that supports fast charging at 44W.
It runs Android 11-based OriginOS 1.0. There is also an in-display fingerprint sensor and supports face unlock as well.
On the connectivity front, the phone features dual-SIM, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, A-GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
