In India, Vivo has introduced its Y33s smartphone as part of its Y series. The key highlights of the phone are MediaTek Helio SoC, a triple rear camera setup, and an Extended RAM 2.0.
Vivo Y33s Price In India, Availability
Vivo Y33s comes in a single version with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The device retails for Rs 17,990. Buyers can get extra Rs 1,500 off on exchange and no-cost EMI for up to 9 months. Additionally, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank will offer cashback of Rs 1,500 for offline buyers using credit and debit cards. Further, no-cost EMI will have zero percent interest, zero percent down payment, and zero processing fee, and Jio benefits worth Rs 7,000.
Vivo Y33s comes in two colors – Mirror Black and Midday Dream. From August 23, 2021, the device will be available on all online retail sites, including Vivo India’s E-store, Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm, Tatacliq, and the Bajaj Finserv EMI Store.

The device has a 6.52-inch full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1080*2408 pixels, a 90.6 percent screen, and a 96% NTSC colour gamut.
Powered by MediaTek’s Helio G80 SoC, the Vivo Y33s offers 8GB of RAM and 4GB of extended RAM. It also has 128GB of native storage that can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 1TB) via a dedicated slot.
There are three rear cameras on the phone. In addition to 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, it features a 2-megapixel macro shooter with an f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens. It has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with an aperture of f/2.0 for taking selfies and video calls.
On the software front, the device runs Funtouch OS 11.1 skin based on Android 11 OS. The phone comes with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Additionally, it features a fingerprint scanner on the side. Also, it has a face recognition feature.
In terms of connectivity, the phone supports dual-SIM, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, A-GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It measures 164.26×76.08x8mm and weighs 182 grams.
