Vivo launched its latest Y-series 5G smartphone, the Y33s, in China. The key features of the Vivo Y33s 5G include MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, a dual rear camera setup, Android 12, and Extended RAM 2.0.

The base variant of the Vivo Y33s 5G with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage is priced at CNY 1,299 (approx. Rs 15,500). The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, on the other hand, is priced at CNY 1,399 (approx. Rs 16,500). There is also a top model with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage that will set you back CNY 1,599 (approx. Rs. 19,100). It is available in Black, Nebula Blue, and Snow Dawn.

It has a 6.58-inch HD+ display with 1600 × 720 pixels resolution. a 20.07:9 aspect ratio, 269ppi pixel density, and a 60Hz refresh rate.
The Vivo Y33s 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC combined with up to 8GB of LPPDR4x RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.1 storage. Through a dedicated slot, the storage can be expanded via a microSD card.
In terms of optics, the device has dual rear cameras with a combination of a 13-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The device has an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
On the software front, the handset runs Android 12 with Origin OceanOS UI on top. Additionally, the phone has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. The phone also has a fingerprint scanner on the side. There is also face recognition on the phone.
