A new smartphone has been added to Vivo’s Y-series. Vivo Y32 has been launched in China that boasts Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, making it the world’s first smartphone with this processor.

Priced at RMB 1,399 (approx. Rs. 16,680), the Vivo Y32 comes in a single 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The device will be offered in two color variants – Harumi Blue, and Foggy Night.
Vivo Y32 Specifications
Vivo Y32 boasts a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD panel with a 1600 * 720-pixel resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, a standard 60Hz refresh rate, and a waterdrop notch.
It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chip that is built on a 6nm fabrication process. The device is coupled with Adreno 610GPU, 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. There is also a 4GB extended RAM, and a microSD card slot to expand storage up to 1TB.
In terms of optics, the device features a dual-rear camera setup and a LED flash. Located on the top-left side of the back panel are two cameras and an LED flash inside a rectangular module. The device is equipped with a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. It has an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
Powered by a 5,000mAh battery, the Vivo Y32 supports fast-charging up to 18W. Connectivity options include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual Sim, 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, Type-C charging port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and GPS. It measures 164.26 × 76.08 × 8.00mm and weighs 182 grams. The handset ships with Android 11-based OriginOS 1.0 skin.
