Vivo on Saturday launched a new smartphone, Vivo Y19. Available in Thailand, the latest smartphone is said to be a rebranded version of Vivo U3 which launched in China recently.
Vivo Y19 Specifications
Vivo Y19 also shares Vivo U3′ specifications except for some subtle changes. The handset comes with a 6.53-inch full HD+ display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. Under the hood, we have the MediaTek Helio P65 processor instead of Snapdragon 665 used on the Vivo U3. The SoC is paired with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. The battery compartment features a massive 5,000 mAh cell with 18W Dual Engine Flash charge technology support. On the software side, we have FunTouch OS 9 on top of Android 9 Pie.
Around the back, there is a triple camera setup which includes 16MP primary sensor with an f/1.78 aperture paired with an 8MP wide-angle sensor with an aperture of f/2.2 and a 2MP depth sensor. Up front, it features a 16MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calls.
Connectivity features on the phone include micro-USB port, Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4GHz/5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS and FM radio.
Vivo Y19 Price and Availability
The Vivo Y19 is already up for the for pre-orders on Lazada, an e-retailer website. The phone will go on sale starting November 5 with a price tag of Bhat 6,999 (approx. Rs 16,400)
