Vivo Y12s India launch is inching closer. Vivo’s upcoming mid-range phone has surfaced on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) with model number V2026, as per tipster Mukul Sharma, which hints at the imminent launch in India.
While the BIS certification hasn’t revealed any specifications of the device, we already know the specs and features of the phone as it debuted in some global markets including Indonesia, Jordan, and Vietnam last month. However, the BIS certification does point towards the launch of the phone in the country soon.
As for the pricing, the handset could be priced in India below Rs 10,000. The Vivo Y12 retails at VND 3,290,000 (approx. Rs. 10,500) for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant and VND 4,290,000 (approx. Rs. 13,700) for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage option in Vietnam. It is also listed at IDR 1,999,000 (approx. Rs. 10,400) for the base 3GB RAM model in Indonesia.
Even though there is no confirmation from Vivo on the launch date of the Vivo Y12s in India, the BIS certification is given to phone before its launch confirms we are not far away from seeing this in the online sites.
