Vivo Y12G Price in India, Availability

A new offering from Vivo, the Y12G falls within the brand’s budget segment. The lone 3GB/32GB model of the Vivo Y12G is priced at Rs 10,999. Phantom Black and Glacier Blue are its two color variants. The smartphone is already up for grabs via open sale on the Vivo India website.

Vivo Y12G Specifications

The smartphone comes equipped with a 6.51-inch HD + IPS LCD screen with 720 x 1600 pixels and a 20: 9 aspect ratio. The device has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. In addition to an octa-core 1,95GHz Snapdragon 439 chipset, the handset comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. A microSD card slot allows for expansion of the storage up to 256GB.

It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging and 5W reverse charging. Battery life is claimed to be up to 16.3 hours when watching HD movies. The handset is pre-installed with Android 11 based FuntouchOS 11 skin.

It features a dual rectangular camera setup at the back. The phone has a 13-megapixel primary camera with an aperture of f/2.2, as well as a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.4. On the front, the smartphone has an 8-megapixel sensor for selfies and video chats.

Dual 4G VoLTE, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, micro USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack are among the device’s connectivity options.

Vivo may soon launch the new X70 series smartphones in India. The Vivo X70 Pro is expected to cost around Rs 50,000 in India, according to a leak. The Vivo X70 Pro Plus, on the other hand, will cost around Rs 70,000. There is no word on the vanilla X70’s price. The price is likely to be less than Rs 50,000, however.
