Chinese smartphone maker Vivo is preparing to launch a new budget smartphone called Vivo Y02s under its Y-series in global markets. While the brand is yet to confirm the launch date, Vivo Y02s has been listed on its global website. The listing revealed the design and key specifications of the upcoming Vivo smartphone. 

A Vivo Y02 was accidentally listed on the company’s official website before its official announcement. The listing has now been taken down. Y02s will be available in two colors – Fluorite Black and Vibrant Blue. The back of the device is made of polycarbonate.

A single variant of the phone comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. Under the hood, it will pack a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC and 5000mAh battery that supports 10W charging via a USB Type-C port. The company claims the phone can provide up to 18 hours of online HD video streaming, 7 hours of gaming, or 22 hours of music playback. 

On the Y02s, you’ll find a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate, and a water-drop notch that houses the 5MP front camera. 

On the rear, there are two large circular cutouts, one of which encloses the LED flash module. There will be a single 8MP primary camera on the phone.
