Alleged Vivo X60 spotted on Geekbench

Chinese smartphone giant Vivo is gearing up to launch its next-generation X-series smartphones, the Vivo X60 lineup on December 29 in China.  Just a few days before the launch, the Vivo X60 has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform.

The Vivo phone runs Android 11 and has 8GB of RAM. The phone is tipped to launch with Vivo’s latest OriginOS skin. Its motherboard has the codename “S5E9815” and its octa-core Exynos 1080 chipset has a base frequency of 633Mz. The SoC is paired with 12GB of RAM. The benchmark scores are 888 points for the single-core test and 3244 points for the multi-core test.

It is worth mentioning that these are just the leaked benchmark results and it remains to be seen how the device performs with real-world usage. The wait for the official launch of the Vivo X60 lineup isn’t long as they are set to go official on December 29.

Going by the previous leaks and rumors, Vivo X60 will have a glass body and it will house a triple camera setup on the back that consists of a 48MP primary sensor with f/1.6 aperture, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 13MP portrait shooter. The cameras are backed by Zeiss optics which has been confirmed by the company. It will arrive in Grey, Aurora Gradient and White color options. The device will have support for 5G connectivity and a 120Hz refresh rate for the AMOLED panel.
