Vivo X60 Pro+ launch date confirmed for January 21

After appearing in a series of leaks and rumors, Vivo X60 Pro+ is confirmed to step into the Chinese market on January 21. Vivo took to Weibo to announce the arrival of the Vivo X60 Pro+ smartphone in the country. The teaser image shared on Weibo does not reveal any features of the phone. More details will be revealed about the phone in the coming days.

Although the firm has not yet mentioned any specifications, previous leaks have already confirmed that the Vivo X60 Pro+ will feature a full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and the display will house a punch-hole cutout in the center. It will come powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.

The device will pack 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. There will be a quad rear camera module comprising Zeiss Optics. Further, the X60 Pro+ will support dual-mode 5G connectivity and is tipped to run on Android 11-based OriginOS 1.0 skin.

Going by China’s 3C certification, Vivo X60 Pro+ will have support for 55W fast charging and it will arrive in Deep Ocean Blue and Classic Orange color options. The smartphone has been teased by a Chinese retailer JD.com which seems to confirm a Snapdragon 800 series processor along with impressive low-light camera performance, and high-quality audio.
