Vivo has officially announced the launch date for their newest “V” series smartphone, the Vivo V25 Pro, in India. The launch date of the phone will take place on August 17th at 12 pm local time. It will then be available on sale for buyers later this month.
Vivo posted a short video clip on Twitter showing off the Vivo V25 Pro, and the rear panel appears to change colors (color-changing AG glass back). There is also a dedicated webpage on Flipkart confirming its availability online on the e-commerce platform.
Vivo V25 Pro Price in India (Expected)
Like previous Vivo smartphones, the Vivo V25 Pro will be available both online and offline, and Flipkart will be the main online retailer.
In terms of specifications, the V25 Pro appears to be a slight upgrade over the Vivo V23 Pro. Rumours suggest the phone will come with two memory configurations and cost under Rs 40,000 for the base model.

It is reported that the Vivo V25 Pro will feature a 6.5-inch curved AMOLED panel with a Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and n in-display fingerprint scanner.
Leaked Geekbench listings indicate that the phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC, which is slightly better than the Dimensity 1200 found in the V23 Pro. It is also expected to come in two options with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal memory.
There will be three cameras on the back of the smartphone, including a 64MP primary sensor with support for both OIS and EIS, and two auxiliary sensors. The 32MP front camera will handle selfies and video calls. The camera features will include AI selfies, and Super Night mode.
There is a 4,800mAh battery on the Vivo V25 Pro along with 66W fast charging. The device willl run on Android 12 out of the box with FunTouchOS.
