Vivo V21e 5G spotted on Geekbench, check for specifications

Last month, Vivo unveiled the Vivo V21 5G in India. Vivo is now preparing to launch a new 5G smartphone called the Vivo V21e. The device’s specifications have been revealed on Geekbench’s benchmarking platform.

Vivo V21e having model number V2055 scored 462 points in the single-core test and 1502 in the multi-core test on Geekbench. The octa-core processor further offers a base frequency of 2.0GHz, the listing added. The motherboard section on the Geekbench shows the codename ‘k6833v1_64’ that is said to be MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. The listing further reveals that the handset will run on Android 11 OS out of the box and come with 8GB of RAM. It is expected that the device will also be available in other variants.

There is also a listing of the Vivo V21e 5G on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website indicating that it will soon be launching in India. According to reports, the Vivo V21e 5G may have the same set of specs as the V21 5G but a different processor. At this time, we can only expect to learn more about the smartphone through leaks.

Vivo V21 5G Specifications

Vivo V21 5G boasts a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and a U-shaped notch.

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor, the handset has 8GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. It runs Android 11 OS with Vivo’s proprietary Funtouch OS 11.1 UI skin overlayed.

In the camera department, the phone has a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor on the back. There is a 44MP camera on the front. Both the front and rear cameras can record 4K video at 30 frames per second

It also supports dual-SIM 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and more. Powering the device is a 4,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support that can charge the battery to 63 percent in just 30 minutes.
