Vivo introduced the Vivo V21, Vivo V21 5G, and Vivo V21e smartphones in Malaysia in April. Out of these three phones, the brand only launched V21 5G phone in India. A recent report shared by 91mobiles indicates Vivo plans to announce its Vivo V21e 5G smartphone soon in India.
V21e was officially announced in Malaysia as a 4G phone with Snapdragon 720G chip, but the rumor mill has been speculating on the existence of a V21e 5G powered by a Dimensity 700 SoC.
Vivo V21e 5G specifications
Vivo V21e 5G has an AMOLED panel that comes with an FHD+ resolution, according to a report cited by Ishan Agarwal. The phone is equipped with an 8GB RAM and Dimensity 700 5G processor.
In addition to its built-in storage of 128 GB, it may come with a dedicated microSD card slot to provide additional storage capacity. It is said to pack a 4,000mAh battery that supports 44W rapid charging.

It may feature a 32-megapixel front camera. On the rear side, the phone is likely to feature a 64-megapixel primary camera an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens.
To recall, the V21e 4G comes equipped with a 6.44-inch AMOLED FHD+ display. Under the hood, it has a Snapdragon 720G processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Backed by a 4,000mAh battery, it supports 33W rapid charging. The device features a 44-megapixel front camera, as well as a triple rear camera setup with a combination of a 64-megapixel + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro). The device was launched at a price of Rs 29,990 in India. There is no word on the pricing of its 5G variant.
