Chinese smartphone maker Vivo is all set to launch its Vivo V20 in India on October 13. The company has already announced that the smartphone will be sold exclusively on Flipkart. Now, right ahead of the launch the Vivo V20 price along with the colour variants has been revealed online.
A tweet by tipster Ishan Agarwal suggests it will arrive with a Rs 24,990 price tag. The phone will be launched with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration. Flipkart’s landing page for the Vivo V20 also suggests that it will be the ‘slimmest smartphone’ in the smartphone segment which is priced between Rs 20,000 and Rs 30,000. The phone will launch in three colours namely, Sunset Melody, Midnight Jazz, and Moonlight Sonata. This leak mentions only a single configuration, however, it wouldn’t be wrong to assume that the company could launch the Vivo V20 in multiple variants.
Now coming to the leaked hardware features, Vivo V20 is said to sport a 6.44-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch and screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It is further said to offer 2.2GHz Snapdragon 720G SoC coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
There will be a triple camera module placed rear side of the device housing a 64-megapixel primary camera with f/1.89 aperture. The main lens will be further accompanied by an 8-megapixel secondary ultra-wide-angle sensor (f/2.2), and an 8-megapixel tertiary rear camera which is a monochrome sensor with an f/2.4 lens. For selfies, there will be a 44-megapixel camera (f/2.0).
Other rumored specifications include a 4000mAh battery capacity with 33W fast charging, in-display fingerprint sensor. The handset will likely run the company’s custom Funtouch OS 11, baked on top of Android 11. In terms of connectivity, the device will support 5G SA/ NSA / Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth V5.1, GPS, NFC, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C. The phone will measure 7.38mm and weighs at 171 grams
