The much-hyped Vivo’s latest mid-range smartphone Vivo V15 pro finally launched in India with a world first 32 Mp pop up selfie shooter and impressive in display fingerprint scanner. The smartphone will available in 6Gb+128Gb storage variant.The smartphone is an unofficial successor to Vivo Nex which flaunts an Ultra FullView Super AMOLED display and better camera specifications.
Price and Availability
The Vivo V15 Pro will available in single storage variant which is priced at Rs Rs 28,990 in India. the smartphone will kickoff its sale exclusively on the Flipkart on March 6, 2019. Prebooking of the phones starts from today. The smartphone will available in two colour options -Ruby Red and Topaz Blue.
Specifications
Speaking about specifications, The smartphone flaunts a full view display a 6.39” Super AMOLED. The device comes with a slim bezel with a thinner top bezel 1.75mm. This means a screen to body ratio of 91.64%. There is a 5th generation finger print sensor behind the display .acompanied with an earpiece, proximity and ambient light sensors.
Under the hood, The device is powered by a Snapdragon 675 chipset is paired with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage. The smartphone ticks all the day by housing a 3,700mAh battery with “Dual Engine” fast charging. The company claims the charging of device for 15 minutes can last for standby 6 hours. A micro USB port (sigh!) is used for charging and there’s a 3.5mm jack on top.
For imaging, The back of the phone houses an AI-enabled triple-camera setup with three lenses arranged in a vertical fashion. This line-up includes a 48MP quad pixel primary sensor, with effective capabilities of a 12MP sensor. There is an 8MP secondary super-wide angle camera with f/2.2 aperture and a third 5MP camera with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, there is a 32 Mp pop up selfie shooter.
On the software front, Vivo V15 Pro runs Funtouch OS 9, based on Android 9.0 Pie. In terms of connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 5.0.
