Vivo launched its new Vivo S Series smartphone in India after the launch of Vivo Z series. The company has launched the new smartphone Vivo S1 under this series. Some of the highlights about the Vivo S1 are the triple rear cameras, 32MP selfie camera, in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock support.
Vivo S1 is made available in two colour variants Skyline Blue and Diamond Black and in three RAM variants 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, 6GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. The base variant [4GB RAM + 128GB storage] is priced at Rs 17,990, the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant is priced at Rs 18,990 and the last variant with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage comes for Rs.19,990.
The Vivo S1 with 4GB RAM and 128GB variant will go on sale from August 8 across all the major offline stores in the country. While the other two models will be open later for sale.
Vivo S1 Specifications
Vivo S1 comes with a 6.38 inch Full HD + Super AMOLED waterdrop notch display with 1080×2340 pixels resolution 19:5:9 aspect ratio and 90 per cent screen-to-body-ratio. It also has a flash in-display fingerprint sensor. Vivo also claimed that this will unlock the phone in just 0.48 seconds.
It also comes with a 32MP AI selfie camera with many features like AR Stickers and AI Face Beauty. On the back Vivo S1 sports a triple camera setup comprising of a 16MP main camera, 8MP AI Super Wide Angle Camera and a 2MP Depth Camera.
Vivo S1 comes powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P65 processor. It is backed by a 4500mAh battery with 8W dual engine fast charging support. It runs Android 9 Pie OS with FunTouch OS.
