Vivo India has launched a new “Vivo Xchange” program for consumers who want to replace their old phones with new Vivo smartphones. The company collaborates with Cashify to provide it in the official online store Vivo.
Interestingly, this exchange program accepts the smartphones from all manufacturers. As an introductory offer, Vivo will offer an additional Rs. 1000 discount on the old Vivo smartphones from January 16th to 19th. Back in 2017, another Chinese smartphone brand Xiaomi had announced similar exchange program.
User who want avail the benefits from this Vivo Xchange program, then just visit Vivo online store and click on the “check availability” to know whether the exchange offer is applicable for their city. Old smartphones will be picked by Cashify, and they will get instant payment for it, according to Vivo official website.

If consumer want to cancel a pickup due to quote expectations, he can do it without any charge. The company also said that the pickup will be arranged within 3-4 days from the date of delivery of the new product.

- Click on the “Avail Now” button beside Exchange Offer to check availability.
- Now, enter your pin code and click on check.
- If it is available in your area, you can proceed by clicking on “Evaluate My Device”.
- Then, you can either search for your smartphone or select it using the options provided.
- Once you select your smartphone, you will get the highest price for your smartphone that Cashify will provide
