Vivo iQOO V1936AL Spotted on Android Enterprise Catalogue, Key Specs Revealed

Vivo is rumoured to be working on a new iQoo device. The smartphone has been spotted on the Android Enterprise Directory, revealing specifications of the device before its launch.

As per the listing, the Vivo phone with model V1936L will come with a 6.4-inch display of unknown resolution. It will have 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. It will also run Android 9 Pie out of the box. The listing confirms that the phone will feature a fingerprint scanner but says it doesn’t have NFC. Furthermore, the listing suggests that the Vivo phone will not come with “Zero-touch Support”.

The other key specifications of the smartphone, however, remain a mystery at this point. However, the Android Enterprise listing does suggest the Vivo iQoo may be officially announced very soon.

The model number Vivo V1936AL matches with that of the Vivo iQOO Neo 855 (V1936A) and both the phones have a similar design, suggesting both the phones are same. A recent China’s 3C certification revealed that the device will come with 22.5W fast charging support similar to the Vivo iQOO Neo. So, this could be the iQOO Neo 855 with the latest Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC.

Vivo iQoo Neo 855 Specifications and Features

Vivo iQOO Neo 855 launched with a 6.38-inch AMOLED display (1,080 x 2,340 pixels resolution) and has a HDR10 support. Powering the device is a Snapdragon 855 SoC paired with Adreno 640 GPU. It comes with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.0 storage. On the software front, the handset runs on Android 9.0 Pie-based FuntouchOS. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB Type-C port, and A-GPS with GLONASS.

In the camera department, the phone is equipped with a triple rear camera setup which include a 12MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, it has a 16MP camera. It packs a 4,500mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support.
