VIVO IQOO phone set to arrive on March 1

Vivo, a Chinese giant who recently split-off a new sub-brand called IQOO.The new subbrand upcoming smartphone has been surrounding with a bunch of unverified rumours about the brand starting off with a foldable phone, and then it stepped aside with a conventional phone branding IQOO showcased on a live TV show.

Just a day before new render revealed some of the upcoming IQOO smartphone key features. Today, the company shared a new teaser poster on its Weibo account to confirm that it will be launching its first phone on March 1 in the city of Shenzhen, China. There is no much information about smartphone details except the banner suggest its first phone will be “born powerful” and a “monster inside” which suggests that the upcoming device will delight us with its cutting edge specs.

The company already confirmed us with its recent teaser that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 Socpaired by 12GB RAM and a 256 GB internal storage.

Furthermore, it is tipped to come with a 4,000mAh capacity with support for 44W rapid charging through USB-C. A fingerprint hidden under the display is also expected to be part of the mix if a recent teaser is believed.T he phone is widely expected to be a gaming phone as it is enabled with support for the 4D shock. The handset will carry support for NFC connectivity and include Super HDR.

For now, there are no details regarding its camera specs except the smartphone boats a triple rear camera setup in a vertical stack fashion. The pricing and availability details are yet to be known.

On  previous day, A mysterious Vivo smartphone appeared o the Geekbench with model number Vivo 1824A that sports a Snapdragon 855, 12 GB of RAM and Android 9 Pie. Also, the same model number also appeared on Master Lu benchmarking platform to reveal that it will be also available in 8 GB RAM variant.
