Vivo iQOO 3 gets listed on TENAA, Full specs revealed

Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is reportedly gearing up to launch a new high-end phone dubbed as iQOO 3. Recently, the live images of the iQOO 3 were leaked and it revealed the design of the phone. Now, its complete specifications and images have surfaced online on the Chinese regulatory authority’s database.

Vivo iQOO 3 Spotted on TENAA

The listing on TENAA reveals that the iQOO 3 with model number V1955A will sport a 6.44-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. It has a punch-hole at the top right corner. The display may support only a 60Hz refresh rate.

It is listed with a 2.84GHz octa-core chipset (possibly Snapdragon 865 SoC) ticking at its core. This will be paired with 6GB/8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB storage onboard, per TENAA. Software-wise, the handset will boot Android 10 OS.

The V1955A also has a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 64-megapixel primary camera, 13-megapixel secondary sensor, another 13-megapixel camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The sensors are likely to be the RGB snapper, a wide-angle lens, a macro shooter, and a depth sensor or a telephoto lens. This smartphone measures 159.53 x75.23×8.13mm and weighs 179 grams.

The phone will be powered by a 4,370mAh battery and as per the 3C listing, will offer 55W fast charging support. The device measures 158.51 x 74.88 x 9.16mm and weighs 214.5 grams. As per the listing, the iQOO 3 will launch in the Black color option.
