The latest flagship phone from the Apple, iPhone X aka iPhone 10 got massive hit in the market with its new design, OLED screen, Face ID, and more unique feature. Now the latest news is that the Apple could release three new models in upcoming months. The new massive 6.5 inch iPhone that’s going to be launched this September and Recently the resolution and screen protector of the iPhone X Plus model got leaked. Rumors of the camera details leak the actual dimensions of the upcoming iPhone. Here are few expected features of iPhone X Plus.
Top Features You Can Expect From iPhone X Plus
Large Screen
As per the KGI Securities analyst Ming-chi Kuo, the upcoming iPhone X, and iPhone X Plus will have 5.8-inches OLED (458 PPI) and 6.5-inches OLED (480-500 PPI) respectively. Both of these models might feature a stainless steel framework coupled with up gradation to 4GB RAM. However, it is more expected that iPhone X Plus with 6.1-inches LCD display which will be much cheaper than the other two upcoming models.
Three Cameras
Some rumors claim that the number of rear cameras on the upcoming iPhone could increase to three. Details are sparse on how the triple lens setup would work, other than it would allow the iPhone to feature a 3X optical zoom instead of the 2X zoom featured on current dual-lens iPhones. Recent render says it appears to be three lenses in iPhone X plus, but could also be two lenses and a sensor for the flash. The leaked image also indicates that this year’s iPhones will look the same as last year’s, but with slightly smaller notches.
MicroLED Display
The upcoming iPhone X Plus design will be similar to iPhone X with a notch, thin bezels, and Face ID. Apple is working on MicroLED displays, which are expected to release on the Apple Watch and an unannounced but much rumored augmented reality headset. That technology, which makes brighter, thinner displays possible, could eventually come to the iPhone. Apple is working on curved displays, possibly related to the MicroLED development, which would curve interior from the top of the phone to the bottom.
Touchless Gestures
Bloomberg’s recent report on upcoming iPhone device states that iPhone working on including the touchless gestures in iPhone X Plus, that will allow people to interact with their device without tapping the display. A patent spotted by IBT sheds some light on that: Apple may be working on a way to give the iPhone squeezable sides. That is what we’ve already seen in Pixel 2 and HTC U12+ models.
No Home button and TouchID
Imminent iPhone x Plus expected to have edge-to-edge display along with improved Face ID system, this may be the clue for the elimination of home button and Touch ID fingerprint sensor from all upcoming handsets from Apple.
