Honor Play

The Honor Play equipped with a 6.3-inch full-HD+(16.0 cm) FullView display with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels and the device is powered by the octa-core Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC along with Mali-G72 GPU and the built-in neural processor unit aka NPU. The phone is to be released with 4GB and 6GB RAM variants. Regarding optics, the Honor Play features a double camera setup with AI. The device comes with a 16-megapixel primary lens with f/2.2 aperture and PDAF, and a 2-megapixel secondary lens with f/2.4 aperture. At the front, the smartphone has a 16-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture. The Honor Play is paired with 64GB of internal storage and it has a memory card slot to expand the storage up to 256 GB via microSD card.

Motorola One Power

Motorola One Power features a tall 6.2-inch full HD+ Max Vision display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor paired with 4GB RAM plus 64GB inbuilt storage. On the camera department, the device comes with a dual-rear camera at the rear with 16MP+5MP combination, while the 5 MP camera is a depth sensor. The native camera app also provides a fully-featured manual mode for tweaking shutter speed, ISO and focus. Up front, the device houses a notch with the 12MP camera sensor, proximity sensor and LED flash. Both the front and rear cameras of the Motorola One Power support Portrait mode. The device supports 4K recording as well.

The device will have a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, which is embedded in the Motorola batwing logo. It also comes with a bottom firing Dolby Audio speakers. Motorola One Power will be the first phone from the Motorola to get Android Pie. Moto One Power backs a massive 5,000 mAh battery with a turbo-charging feature. The company claims that the device will give up to 6 hours of talk time with 5 minutes of charge.

Redmi Note 5 Pro

Redmi Note 5 Pro comes with a layer of 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass on the top with rounded display corners. The device sports a 5.99-inch screen with an FHD+ resolution of 2160×1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The device is powered by the 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 635 processor. On the camera department, Redmi Note 5 Pro features a combination of 16-megapixel and 5-megapixel cameras at the back. The primary 12MP camera has a 1.25µm sensor and a f/2.2, while the secondary camera has 1.12µm sensor and f/2.0. Up front, there is a 20-megapixel selfie camera, which is equipped with Beautify 4.0 AI algorithm and a dedicated selfie-light to take beautiful selfies in any condition. The Mi A2 sports a 5.99-inch full-HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 2160 x 1080 pixel resolution. The display of the Mi A2 is almost bezel-less and comes without a notch. The device is a part of Google’s initiative so the phone is said to offer regular software updates for the next two years. While the Mi A2 runs a stock OS of Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Mi A2 has the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled with Adreno 512 GPU for graphics. The front camera is a 20MP one with LED flash. The device backs a 3,010mAh battery and the variant will support Qualcomm’s QuickCharge 4.0.

Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1

The Zenfone Max Pro flaunts 5.99-inch FHD+ display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The display on the Zenfone Max Pro is as immersive as any high-end phones present in the market and manages to output 76.2 percent screen-to-body ratio with a pixel density of 402 ppi.  The device is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC. Nokia 6.1 Plus

The Nokia 6.1 Plus has a 5.8-inch full-HD+ display of 2280×1080 pixels resolutions with a 19:9 aspect ratio and 96 percent color gamut. The Nokia 6.1 Plus will be powered by Snapdragon 636 with Adreno 509 GPU. The phone has a dual camera setup on the rear with 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel cameras while the 5-megapixel is a depth sensor. Up front, the device boasts 16-megapixel front camera. The front camera has 1-micron pixel size and f/2.0 aperture and features include AI-assisted portrait lighting. The Nokia 6.1 plus is backed by a 3,060mAh battery and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Still, there is an absence of face unlock mechanism. The Nokia 6.1 Plus and will be available in gloss midnight blue, gloss black and gloss white color options. The device will be a part of Google’s Android One programme the device runs on Android 8.1 Oreo, and will be updated to Android 9 Pie later this year.

The Honor 8X comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ IPS notched display with a new 19.5:9 ratio and a 91% screen-to-body-ratio. The screen has a 2.5D curved glass protection. The Honor 8X is powered by the company’s own 12nm Kirin 710 Soc processor coupled with up to GB RAM and up to 128 GB of internal storage. This Kirin 710 SoC with 64-bit architecture, comprises of 4x ARM Cortex-A73 @ 2.2GHz and 4x ARM Cortex-A53 @ 1.7GHz CPU and an ARM Mali G51 MP 4 GPU. The smartphone is running EMUI 8.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. On the rear of the Honor 8X has a dual-camera setup, a 20MP primary camera sensor along with the 2MP depth camera sensor with an aperture of f/1.8. On the front, there’s a 16MP camera for taking selfies. In terms of battery, the Honor 8X packs a 3,750 mAh battery and sadly, it does not come with any quick charge capabilities.
