The Upcoming Huawei device is likely to be Honor View 20 could come with Kirin 980, EMUI 9.0

Honor’s parent company had been introduced all its flagships for 2018 win which one is to be Magic 2 which came with almost bezel-less one with a slider and a triple camera setup. Now its time for the successor to Honor’s flagship View 10 is set to be revealed in the coming weeks or early next month.

The smartphone with a model number VCE-AL00 and VCE-TL00 received the needed certificate by the 3C agency, coming one step closer to a launch. While the certification didn’t reveal much about the smartphone but it is likely to be the followup of the Honor View 10 or V10 was launched in mid-November last year in China it could be assumed that the View 20 should follow the same timeline. The View 10 was later launched in global markets by mid-December and its successor should follow suit.

Although we don’t know much about the phone it seems to be a safe bet that Honor will be including the Kirin 980 chipset along with EMUI 9.0, based on Android Pie on the device. Where the previous device didn’t come with a notch display and we already saw the Huawei devices with the triple camera setup. So the new device might also possibly include a triple-camera setup at the back. Which might come with an affordable alternative of the Huawei Mate series.

In addition, fast charging could also be supported, along with up to 8GB of RAM. The device is likely to clash with the recently announced Honor Magic 2 but could sit in a slightly lower price bracket in order to give users more choice. where the Honor Magic2 comes with the more striking design and styling, the View20 is likely to be a more toned-down and affordable option, while retaining the same level of hardware and performance.

Meanwhile, Honor View 10 launched in last year came with an 18:9 aspect ratio screen, a dual-camera setup and was one of the first smartphones to sport dual-4G connectivity, where both SIM slots could connect to a 4G network simultaneously.
