Tecno is all set to launch another smartphone under its Spark series, dubbed Tecno Spark Power 2. The company has confirmed that the phone will be launching in India on June 17. To recall, the company has unveiled the Spark 5 phone in India with a price tag Rs 7,999. The upcoming Spark Power 2 will be a successor of last year’s Tecno Spark Power.
Flipkart listing and the company’s latest tweet disclosed that the Tecno Spark Power 2 will be a Flipkart Exclusive product and it will be priced at Rs 9,999 in India. Flipkart listing of the smartphone is already live which reveals some of the key specs of the phone and its design. The phone is being marketed as “Think as Big As You Can”.

The teaser further confirms the massive 6,000mAh battery which is claimed to offer 4 days backup on a single charge. Moreover, the phone will feature fast charging support which is claimed to offer 3 hours of usage with 10 minutes of charging. The listing also confirms the presence of stereo sound speakers.
The phone will have a waterdrop notch display and micro USB port. On the rear, the smartphone will feature a fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication and quad cameras. It will be launched in two color options: Black and Blue.
Tecno Spark 5 Specifications
To recall, the company’s last smartphone, Tecno Spark 5 sports a 6.6-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. Under the hood, it has MediaTek’s Helio A22 SoC paired with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The handset packs 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There is also a microSD card slot for further expansion of storage.
In the camera department, there is a quad-rear camera setup that consists of a 13-megapixel primary lens with f/18 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an AI Lens. There is also an 8-megapixel selfie camera housed inside the waterdrop notch.
The phone runs Android 10-based HiOS 6.0.1 and it is backed by a 5000mAh battery.
