Tecno Spark 8 is set to launch in India on 13th September. Last month, Tecno launched the Spark 8 for the international market. Tecno announced its upcoming launch date on social media using its official accounts. The launch has been scheduled for September 13. Details of the launch event are not known. Therefore, there will not be an event to announce the new smartphone, it will only be listed on the e-commerce website.

Tecno Spark 8 Specifications

Tecno Spark 8 is equipped with a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 720*1600 pixels resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 processor with 2GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Additional storage can also be added via a microSD card.

The phone has dual rear cameras with a quad-LED flash. In addition to the 16-megapixel primary sensor, the setup includes a QVGA secondary camera. It is equipped with an 8-megapixel front camera.

Software-wise, the phone runs Android 11 (Go edition) with the HiOS 7.6 skin. The device features a 5,000mAh battery with support for standard charging of 10W. There is a fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone, as well as face recognition.

The phone has dual-SIM support, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, A-GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, a micro USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device measures 163.8 x 75.6 x 8.4mm and weighs 190 grams.
