Tecno Spark 5, Tecno Spark 5 Air launched: Check Specifications, features & price

Tecno has unveiled two new smartphones in Ghana, dubbed as Tecno Spark 5 and Tecno Spark 5 Air. Both the smartphones are launched in Ice Jadeite, Misty Grey, Spark Orange, and Vacation Blue color options. While the Tecno Spark 5 comes with a price tag of GHS 719 (roughly. Rs 9,360), the brand is yet to reveal the price of Tecno Spark 5 Air.

Tecno Spark 5 Specifications

In terms of specs, the Tecno Spark 5 features a 6.6-inch HD+ Dot-in display with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. Under the hood, it packs an unspecified  2.0GHz octa-core processor coupled with a 2GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage. The storage of the phone is further expandable through a microSD card. 

For photography, there is a quad-camera setup on the rear that comprises of a 13-megapixel primary lens with f/18 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an AI Lens. Upfront, it sports an 8-megapixel selfie camera. 

Software-wise, it runs Android 10-based HiOS 6.0.1 skin. The handset gets juice from a massive 5000mAh battery. In terms of connectivity, the device has support for WiFi, Bluetooth, LTE, GPS, FM, and dual-SIM. It measures 164.7 x 76.3 x 8.75mm. 

Tecno Spark 5 Air Specifications

Tecno Spark 5 Air has a whopping 7-inch HD+ Dot-in display with a 1600 x 720 pixels screen resolution. Powering the device is a 2.0GHz octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded through MicroSD card.

In terms of optics, there is a dual-camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel primary lens with f/1.8 aperture and an AI Lens. For selfies and video calls, the phone has an 8-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture. 

It runs on Android 10 OS based HiOS 6.0.1 and packs 5000mAh battery. Connectivity features include WiFi, Bluetooth, LTE, GPS, FM, and dual-SIM support. The phone measures 176.6 x 79.2 x 9.05mm. The phone has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and also supports face unlock.
