Tecno launched its first Pop series smartphone, the Tecno Pop 5 LTE in India last week. Now the company is working on launching another POP series device in India. Tecno has shared the teaser of their Tecno Pop 5 Pro India launch via social media. In the teaser, we can see that the Pop 5 Pro will feature a 6,000mAh battery and a waterdrop notch.
Tecno Pop 5 Pro is possibly an upgraded version of the Pop 5 LTE, which was recently launched in India. PassionateGeeks leaked details of the upcoming Pop 5 Pro. According to the leak, the device will sport a 6.52-inch HD+ display panel, and it will be available in 2GB + 32GB variant in the country. The company has already confirmed that it will pack a whopping 6,000mAh battery. There are rumors that the handset is fueled by a MediaTek Helio A22 SoC.

Tecno Pop 5 LTE Specifications
Tecno Pop 5 LTE is equipped with a 6.52-inch IPS LCD HD+ display with 720×1560 pixels resolution and 480 nits brightness and a water-drop notch.
Further, the Tecno POP 5 LTE boasts a quad-Core MediaTek Helio A25 processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. With a microSD card, you can expand the storage up to 256GB.
On the rear of the phone, there is a dual-camera setup with an 8-megapixel main sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. This device comes with a 5-megapixel front camera that has an aperture of f/2.0.
As far as software is concerned, the phone runs Android 11 (Go Edition) with HiOS 7 skin. There is a 5,000mAh battery on board as well. However, there is no information on fast charging. The phone has face recognition, despite lacking a fingerprint scanner.
Connectivity features include dual-SIM, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, A-GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and dual-SIM. Furthermore, the phone has IPX2 splash-resistant design and support for 14 regional languages.
