Tecno announced a new smartphone called Camon 16 Premier in Kenya. Tecno Camon 16 Premier that comes with 128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM is priced at KES 28,999 (approx. Rs 19,626) and the company is offering a TWS Hipods with the retail box.
The six color variants of the smartphone include Glacier Silver, Onyx Black, Ice Crystal Blue, Misty Grey, Cloud White, and Purist Blue.
Tecno Camon 16 Premier Specifications
The Tecno Camon 16 Premier houses a 6.9-inch Full HD+ dual dot-in display with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels along with 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The MediaTek Helio G90T SoC is present under the hood of the Tecno Camon 16 Premier is paired with Mali-G76 GPU. It comes in 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
The Android 10 OS is preloaded on the phone. The 4,500mAh battery of the phone carries support for 33W fast charging which is claimed to charge 70 per cent in just 30 minutes.
The back panel of the Tecno Camon 16 Premier features a quad camera system that includes 64-megapixel primary lens, 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel ultra night portrait lens and 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, it hs a dual punch-hole camera setup with a combination of 48-megapixel primary lens and an 8-megapixel secondary ultra-wide-angle lens.
In terms of connectivity, the phone supports 4G VoLTE, GPS, GLONASS, WiFi, Bluetooth and USB Type-C port.
