(Announced) Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3, Galaxy Z Flip3 price in India, availability, pre-booking offers

After a week of launch, Samsung has revealed the India prices of the Galaxy Z Fold3 and the Galaxy Z Flip3. This article covers everything you need to know about Samsung’s new foldable devices in India, launch and pre-booking offers, specs, and features.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3, Galaxy Z Flip3 Pricing, Availability

Galaxy Z Fold3 5G base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB is priced at Rs 1,49,999 while the 12GB/512GB model is priced at Rs 1,57,999. It will be offered in Phantom Black and Phantom Green colors. 

Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G base variant that has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs 84,999 whereas the 8GB/256GB model comes with a price tag of Rs 88,999. It is available in Phantom Black and Cream colors.

With pre-booking of Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Galaxy Z Flip3 5G, consumers will have the option of getting an upgrade voucher of up to Rs 7000 or HDFC Bank cashback of up to Rs 7000 using credit and debit cards. Additionally, consumers will be able to get a free 1 year Samsung Care+ Accidental & Liquid Damage Protection. This is worth Rs 7999 on pre-booking Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Rs 4799 on pre-booking Galaxy Z Flip3 5G.

Customers who have already reserved the galaxy Z Flip3 5G or the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G in India will also be entitled to the pre-booking offers, as well as a free Galaxy SmartTag.

Both the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Galaxy Z Flip3 5G are up for pre-orders on Samsung.com and across leading retail stores starting August 24 till September 09, 2021. The sale will begin on September 10, 2021.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 Specifications

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 comes with two displays. There is a 1.9-inch display on the front with 260 x 512-pixel resolution. The device has a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED foldable main display with a 2640 x 1080 pixels resolution, 425ppi pixel density, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, and a 120Hz refresh rate.

In addition to the Snapdragon 888, this phone comes with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. There are two cameras on the Galaxy Z Flip 3. In addition to a 12-megapixel f/1.8 sensor with optical image stabilization, it has a 12-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens. It has a 10-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.4 aperture.

There is a 3,300mAh battery inside the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3, backed by 15W charging, reverse wireless charging support and wireless charging. Among the connectivity options are a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 5G, LTE, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and a USB Type-C connector for charging. It runs OneUI 3.1 on top of Android 11.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 Specifications

Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 3 comes with a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED primary display with 2208 x 1768 pixels resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, a 374ppi pixel density, and 120Hz refresh rate. A 6.2-inch HD+ Super AMOLED panel is located on the outside of the device that has 2260 x 832 pixels resolution, 387ppi pixel density, and a 120Hz refresh rate.

It features a 4400mAh battery cell that supports 25W fast charging, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging support. Additionally, the mobile phone is fueled by a Snapdragon 888 processor, as well as 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

There is a triple camera setup at the back of the phone. The setup comprises a 12-megapixel f/1.8 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle f/2.2 sensor with a 123-degree field-of-view (FoV), and a 12-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 zoom lens and OIS.

The phone has two front-facing cameras. The one present alongside the front display is a 10-megapixel f/2.2 lens, while the one present inside the fold under the main display is a 4-megapixel f/1.8 sensor. The smartphone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 5G, LTE, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, GPS, and a Type-C port. It will run on Android 11 with OneUI 3.1 skin.
