Samsung could be planning to unveil the Galaxy S21 series early next year. While the company has not shared any details regarding the launch till now, Samsung Galaxy S21+ has been allegedly spotted on benchmarking site Geekbench.
The Geekbench listing of the Galaxy S21+ reveals the presence of Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 875 SoC under the hood. Moreover, the SD 875 SoC outperforms the Exynos variant that was spotted on Geekbench back in September. The phone was spotted on Geekbench with model number SM-G996U which is associated with the Galaxy S21+ in the past.
Going by the listing, the Snapdragon 875 processor with a base frequency of 1.80 GHz has been accompanied by 8GB RAM, as per the Geekbench listing. Further, the handset seemingly runs Android 11 OS out-of-the-box. Talking about the scores, the Galaxy S21 got 1,120 in single-core and 3,319 in multi-core tests as per the listing.

To recap on the Galaxy S21+ (with model number SM-996B), the alleged smartphone appeared on the benchmarking website with a 2.21GHz Exynos 2100 processor, 8GB RAM, and Android 11 back in September. In terms of performance, it scored 1,040 in single-core and 3,107 in multi-core tests.
