Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra full specs leak ahead of launch: Here’s everything you need to know

Samsung is all set to announce the Galaxy S21 series on January 14. Ahead of the launch a lot of details about the upcoming Galaxy S lineup have surfaced online. The Galaxy S21 series smartphones have been part of leaks and rumors for months now, and today, the specifications of the Galaxy S21 Ultra are leaked online.

According to a report, the forthcoming Galaxy S21 Ultra will offer a 6.8-inch Infinity-O-Edge Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a high WQHD+ resolution of 3,200 x 1,440 pixels, a 1,600 nits peak brightness, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the panel will support S-Pen Stylus, but the stylus does not come in the package.

Inside, the new Galaxy S21 Ultra phone is expected to come with Exynos 2100 chipset, 12GB RAM, up to 512GB storage, and a whopping 5,000mAh battery, which is enough to keep the device running for more than a day. It also supports 45W wired fast-charging support, fast wireless charging (Qi), Wireless PowerShare.

As far as the photography hardware is concerned, it is said to sport a quad-camera module with 108MP wide-angle camera with f/1.8, 24mm, OIS and Auto-Focus, a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens camera, with an f/2.2 aperture, a telephoto sensor with a 10MP resolution offering 3x optical zoom and a 10MP telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom. The camera setup is complete with PDAF, Laser AF, and LED flash. On the front, it is said to feature a 40MP punch-hole snapper with f/2.2 aperture, 25mm, and Auto-Focus.

Other features of the device will include Stereo Speakers, IP68 dust, water resistance, ANT+, Samsung Knox, DeX, and One UI 3.1 OS with Android 11. Galaxy S21 Ultra will be offered in two vibrant color variants– Phantom Black and Phantom Silver. The handset will measure 165.1 x 75.6 x 8.9 mm, will weigh 228 grams, and will have a starting price of 1,399 Euros (approx. Rs 1,26,223) in Europe.
