Samsung Galaxy S20 Series Full Specifications Leaked, Reveals 120Hz Display, 10x Optical Zoom, Exynos 990, and More

Samsung will be debuting the Galaxy S20 series on February 11. The hands-on images of the Galaxy S20+ smartphone that have surfaced recently have confirmed that it will be arriving with a punch-hole camera on the front and a quad-camera setup with an LED flash unit along with a microphone hole. Now, the entire specifications of the Galaxy S20 series have surfaced online courtesy of MySmartPrice in collaboration with tipster Ishan Agarwal. The leakster further claimed that the Galaxy S20 series phone sale will reportedly start on March 13, following their launch at the Galaxy Unpacked event on February 11.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Specifications

As can be seen in the below image, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra smartphone features a 6.9-inch display that supports WQHD+ resolution (1440 x 3200 pixels) and it is a Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The 7nm in-house Exynos 990 SoC is present under the hood of the phone.

As far as the cameras of the Galaxy S20 Ultra is concerned, the phone is said to come equipped with a 108-megapixel main camera that is said to include a custom in-house ISOCELL sensor. Other sensors will be a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 48-megapixel telephoto shooter with 10x optical zoom support, and an impressive 100x digital zoom output. For selfies and video calls, there will be a 40-megapixel shooter with support for 4K 60fps video capture. The battery capacity of the phone is said to be a 5,000mAh, but there is no details on the fast charging.

The only major difference between the Galaxy S20 and S20+ will be its display size and battery capacity. As per the leaked spec sheet, the Galaxy S20 will be featuring a 6.2-inch display that supports WQHD+ resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. The Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O display of the phone will have a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Galaxy S20+, on the other hand, will sport a slightly larger 6.7-inch display with the same resolution and 120GHz refresh rate. Talking about the battery capacity, the Galaxy S20 is said to pack a 4,000mAh battery with 25W charging support, while the Galaxy S20+ is reportedly featuring a 4,500mAh battery.

On the camera front, both the Galaxy S20 and S20+ will be coming with a 12-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 64-megapixel telephoto shooter (most likely backed by the second generation ISOCELL GW2 sensor). The camera features on both the phone will include 3x optical zoom, 30x digital zoom, and 8K video capture at 30fps. On the front sits a 10-megapixel selfie snapper with 4K 40fps video capture support.
