Samsung’s much-awaited smartphone Galaxy S10 which is being expected to come with significant changes in the design is now again shined with the latest rumours to come in a variety of colours, according to leaker OnLeaks.
According to the recent tweet from the popular leaker, @OnLeaks has suggested that part of that makeover will be a new array of colour options. Specifically, Samsung’s new flagship has been reportedly finalized as arriving with Black, Grey, Blue, Red, Green and Yellow variants. All these six colours for the flagship device and they will also sport gradient finish similar to one offered by Huawei.
Along with this rainbow of colours, the Galaxy S10 is rumoured to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner, 3D face scanning technology, a triple rear-facing camera setup and a 6.44-inch display.
Long back we came across many rumours about the upcoming smartphone where the company is working on four models of Galaxy S10, that could debut on February 2019 at Mobile World Congress. A report from XDA Developers, the teardown of the framework from the leaked version of Samsung Experience based on Android Pie revealed that there will be four devices with one offering 5G support. The Galaxy S10 is believed to be codenamed beyond and the four models are internally referred to as “beyond 0”, “beyond 1”, “beyond 2” and “beyond 2 5G”.
The numbers following the codename beyond are acting as an indicator to what to expect from these models. The smallest one(beyond 0) will sport a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED screen, along with a side-mounted fingerprint reader and a single rear camera. This is going to be the cheapest model out of them. The second variant(beyond 1) is expected to come with the same display size, same position of the fingerprint reader, but instead of a single rear camera, it will come with a dual-rear-camera setup. The third one(beyond 2) is going to be a much larger model, sporting a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED screen with a triple-camera system at the back of the flagship and a dual-front-facing shooter for better selfie-capturing performance.
The last but not least, the top-tier Galaxy S10 Plus variant(beyond 2 5G), which will have all the internals that the third version will have, but will get a 5G modem. Samsung has reported that it will launch the 5G-capable Galaxy S10 Plus on its home turf first, which is South Korea, followed by other markets when 5G networks start to proliferate.
Samsung is ought to change its strategy by its innovative technology on display side by introducing its new upcoming device with a new display solution including one where the front camera can be drilled right into the glass panel and depth camera could be concealed behind the display. The Galaxy S10 marks the tenth year of Samsung’s Galaxy S lineup and the Korean company is expected to make it a huge upgrade.
