As per the popular tipster Ice Universe, the upcoming Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will pack the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865+ SoC as the Geekbench listing showed the processor’s large core frequency as high as 3.09GHz. In comparison, the SD865 offers maximum clocking speeds of 2.84GHz. In some markets, the device is likely to ship with the in-house Exynos 992 chipset. The tipster also claimed that the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra moniker appearance on the Geekbench could be an error and it might be called Note 20+. Moreover, the Bluetooth listing has been taken down.

According to the rumors and earlier reports, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will feature a 6.9-inch Infinity-O S-AMOLED display with quad HD+ resolution support, 120Hz refresh rate and in-display fingerprint sensor. It is likely to arrive with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal storage.

In terms of optics, the device may sport a 40-megapixel front camera. Other rumored features of the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra include improved S-Pen, stereo speakers, and support for sub6 and mmWave 5G bands.
