On March 17, Samsung will unveil the new Galaxy A series smartphones at a launch event. At the event, Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy A33, A53, and A73. Furthermore, the company is currently working on new devices in its Galaxy M series, including the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G.
In a video posted to its YouTube channel, ThePixel reveals the key features of the Galaxy M53 5G. Based on the leak, the Galaxy M53 5G should cost between $450 to $480 for the base variant that comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
According to the leak, the Galaxy M53 5G sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ S-AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor and Mali G68 GPU.
The M53 5G is rumored to come in two different versions: one with 8 GB RAM _ 128GB storage and one with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. A quad-camera setup will be available on the rear will include a 108-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth camera.
There is a 32-megapixel front-facing camera on the device. Reports indicate that the phone will have a 5,000mAh battery with 25W rapid charging support.
