South Korean technology giant Samsung is ready to unveil Galaxy M30s smartphone at an event that will be held on September 18. Now ahead of the launch, full specifications of Galaxy M30s have leaked online.
As per the tipster Ishan Agarwal, the upcoming Galaxy M30s will pack a 6.4-inch super AMOLED display. Furthermore, the Galaxy M30s is confirmed to rock triple rear cameras with a 48-megapixel primary lens with f/2.0 aperture, an 8-megapixel superwide lens and a 5-megapixel lens for adding depth effects. The Infinity-U notch on the front will have a 24-megapixel selfie camera with AR Emoji.
It runs on Android 9.0 Pie with OneUI custom skin on top. The Galaxy M30s has been tipped to come in three variants — 4GB RAM + 64GB, and 6GB RAM + 128GB onboard storage that should be further expandable via microSD card. The 6,000mAh battery will fuel the device through USB Type-C.
As per the report, the handset will measure 159 x75.1 x 8.9mm weighs only 174 grams. Although the name of the processor is unknown at this point, recent Google Play Console listing spotted online revealed that it is powered by the unannounced Exynos 9611.
Design-wise, the Galaxy M30s will be offering an impressive screen-to-body ratio as you can see in the above image. The rear side of the phone has an ugly-looking camera module that has three sensors and a separately placed LED flash. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
At this point, only the pricing and availability information of the Galaxy M30s remain a mystery. Samsung India Senior Vice President Asim Warsi has confirmed to 91mobiles that the Galaxy M30s will be priced between Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 20,000 and it will be packed by the new Exynos 9611. We should know more when the smartphone launches officially on September 18. Along with the Galaxy M30s the company is also expected to unveil the Galaxy M10s which is likely to be priced under Rs. 10,000 in India. The Galaxy M10 is an upgraded version of the Galaxy M10 and it is tipped to pack 4,000mAh battery and dual cameras on the rear. Recently, the Galaxy M10s had spotted on Geekbench with Exynos 7885, 3 GB of RAM and Android 9 Pie operating system.
