Samsung restarts its midrange smartphone segment with its latest Galaxy M10 and M20 that takes an arch on likes of other Chinese smartphone brands in the Indian market. The company aimed millennials with its latest smartphone M20 and M10 which were already gone for sale on Amazon.in where the next sale will be held on 12th of this month.
Ahead of the launch, we heard a lot about Galaxy M-series where the third variant Galaxy M30 is also expected to launch soon. Now a new tip unrolled some of the key details of the upcoming smartphone.
The leaks are in courtesy with Slashleaks that revealed the specs of the alleged Galaxy M30 smartphone. On to the details, The Galaxy M30 may come with a similar Infinity-V waterdrop display as the M10 and M20. The device will flaunt a 6.38-inch FHD+ (1080×2220), but it no revealed whether it is a TFT or AMOLED display. The leak also mentions a 5,000mAh battery for the M30 like the M20 which is already confirmed in past leaks.
For memory, the device could feature up to 6GB RAM, and up to 128GB of internal storage. For imaging, the device could come with a triple-camera setup at the back comprising of a 13-megapixel f/1.9 primary sensor, a 5-megapixel f/2.2 secondary wide-sensor, and a third 5-megapixel f/2.2 depth sensor. Up front, there is 16 Megapixel selfie shooter for images and video calling.
The Galaxy M30 will be powered by the same Exynos 7904 chipset seen on the Galaxy M20, which uses two Cortex A73 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and six Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.6GHz.The smartphone will have gradient finishing on the back with two colour options: Blue, black. In terms of connectivity, the Galaxy M30 could include dual-SIM card slots, Bluetooth, 4G with VoLTE, and USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
If we assume the smartphone comes in around Rs 15,000 then this the first company’s smartphone comes with a triple camera at this cheap price. Currently, Galaxy A7(2018) is priced at 18,990.
