Yesterday, the Samsung Galaxy A02 went official globally and now, the India launch date of the Galaxy M02 smartphone has been revealed through an Amazon listing. As per the listing, the smartphone is set to launch in India on February 2nd at 1 PM. 

Alongside revealing the launch date, the Amazon listing has also disclosed the phone’s pricing and key specifications. Going by the listing, Samsung Galaxy M02 will be priced under Rs 7,000 in India, making it one of the most affordable offerings from the South Korean smartphone brand. The exact price in India will be announced on February 2 but we speculate that the phone will cost Rs 6,999.

Samsung Galaxy M02 Specifications (rumored)

Samsung Galaxy M02 could come with a 6.5-inch HD+ display. It might be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage that is further expandable via a microSD card slot. It runs on Android 10-based One UI custom skin out of the box. 

Moving to the cameras, the Galaxy M02 is expected to come with a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary lens on the rear. It is tipped to include a 5MP shooter for selfies and video chats. The phone is also said to come with a 5,000mAh battery.

Connectivity features may include 4G LTE, dual SIM slots, single-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.
